As CPDM Bangor's season draws to a close, we look forward to next season having secured a place within the Adran North for the 2025/26 season

Despite their final fixture ending in defeat, CPDM Bangor end the season on a positive having ensured they will remain within the second tier of Welsh football heading into next season.

Plagued with injuries, and low availability, they were up against it as they saw out their remaining fixtures of the league season. However, nonetheless, their efforts this season have been enough to see them into next season remaining in the Adran North.

Coach Aron Griffiths gave his thoughts as the season wraps up:

“With us being up against it in both [our final] matches with low numbers due to injuries and availability, the girls who were available gave everything they could. Sadly, we ended our 24/25 season with back-to-back defeats. With us going down to 10 in our last match, we were well up against it, but the girls showed passion and finished the game strong .

Our main aim again this season was securing safety in the Adran North, and we’ve done just that. There’s still a lot of improvement for us to try and get right next season for us to try and push on .

I’ve been extremely proud of the girls this season; we’ve experienced every emotion this season, with the highest of the highs and the lowest of the lows, but we’ve learnt a lot on the way. It’s a tough league to be a part of, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. A big preparation is needed now for the 25/26 season”

At the stadium, we’re all looking forward to seeing what next season can bring, and working closely with CPDM Bangor as we push forward together, as one.
